Q: How long are Bridal appointments?

A: Bridal Appointments  are scheduled for 1 hour.   During this time you will choose 5-6 gowns to try on.  Last 15 minutes of the appointment are reserved to retry top picks.

Q: How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

Due to the fact that we have moved into MJ Menswear & Formals we have limited space for guests.  Please restrict guests to 3.

Q: What sizes do you carry?

A: As we sell our in-stock inventory please check the current sizes still available by scrolling over the images to see sizes. Please keep in mind that you need to go up 2 sizes from your street size.

Q: Do you sell other dresses besides wedding gowns?

A:  Yes, we carry  Mother of the Bride/Groom, and special occasion gowns and dresses.  

Q: Are alterations available onsite?

A: Alterations are to be expected in order to ensure the best fit. MJ Bridal Collection does not provide onsite alterations but will provide our customers with a Preferred Seamstress List for all of your alteration needs.

Q: Can I get a refund or exchange on merchandise?

A: We are no longer allowing refunds or exchanges since we closed the bridal store.  All Sales are Final.
