A: MJ Bridal Collection does require an appointment at this time.  Please call the store or book online through the website.

A: Bridal Appointments  and Bridesmaids  (3 or more) are scheduled for 90 minutes. All other appointments are 60 minutes.  If you are interested in an extended bridal appointment 120 minutes please call to book a VIP Appointment.

Tips are never expected but always appreciated.  As with many service industries our bridal consultants provide you with a unique service during your appointment. If you feel they have gone above and beyond they would greatly appreciate a tip.

A: While it traditionally takes between 4 - 6 months for a dress to come in from the date of your purchase, things have changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and inventory constraints. Now, we are seeing it take more like 6 - 8 months for dresses to come in, plus an additional 6 weeks for Alterations to be done.

A: Most designers have two seasons (Spring & Fall).  MJ Bridal collection receives new gowns throughout the year based on new seasonal orders.

A: In stock we have sizes from 2 - 28; however a special order gown can be ordered from a 00 to a 30W.

A:  Yes, we carry  Mother of the Bride/Groom, and special occasion gowns and dresses.  Designers include MGNY, Alyce Paris, Rina diMontella, Marsoni and Terani Couture.

A: Yes, we have a variety of veils, sashes/belts, and jewelry , shoes and bridal party gifts available to purchase.

A: Our couture designer bridal gowns range between $1,250 - $2800. We do have a selection of sample gowns ranging from $500 and up.

A: Alterations are to be expected in order to ensure the best fit. MJ Bridal Collection does not provide onsite alterations but will provide our customers with a Preferred Seamstress List for all of your alteration needs.

A: PAYMENT IN FULL is due at time of purchase.  MJ Bridal Collection accepts cash and credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. 

A: All Special Order Gowns / Merchandise  are final (no exchanges or refunds) Returns and exchanges are accepted for Off-The-Rack items, with original tags and within 30 days of purchase.

Why book a VIP Appointment?  Here are the reasons:  2 Hour After hours appointment, no limit on guests, personal phone consultation, curated collection of gowns chosen specifically for you, champagne, sparkling waters, and sweet treats are provided, and Bride will save 10% off the purchase of her gown.  Bride also goes home with a goody bag.

How many is too many? I would recommend trying up to 8 dresses in one appointment. If you have multiple boutique appointments on the same day try not to do any more than three as trying on wedding dresses can be hard work! Often when a bride gets tired they lose motivation and you want to enjoy the experience fully.

A bridal salon is also NOT a safe place for children due to loose pins and other hazards. Crying babies also distract other future brides on this important day and we will ask that crying babies be taken outside.
